A missed period or late period is not uncommon.  If you are not sexually active, the delay can be caused by stress, illness, adjusting to a new environment, etc. There can be many causes and most of them are not worrisome. Missing one period is not cause for alarm. If you miss a second cycle, call Student Health Services for an evaluation.

If you are sexually active and concerned that you are pregnant, please call and see or speak with one of the providers at Student Health Services. Your visit and conversation is totally confidential.  We are here to provide a space that is safe and supportive for you to discuss anything.  Pregnancy tests are available at no cost.  You can also walk in and ask for an at home pregnancy test, if you would prefer to do the test on your own.  We will not ask for your name.
